Below are answers to some questions we hear often. Of course, our wedding coordinators will be available to answer any further questions. Our goal is always to help make your wedding day special and stress-free!
We schedule private tours any day of the week and limited times during the weekend due to events. Please contact us with the day you would like to tour and we will let you know our availability. We always do our best to cater to a variety of schedules.
We do not have a minimum guest count. We do have a minimum requirement to be spent on all Saturdays. Saturday minimums vary based on the month of the year. All wedding packages, food, and bar go toward meeting your minimum requirement.
Hermann Hill has an on-site Chef that will help you craft your perfect wedding menu. We also have bartending services on-site. Due to our food and liquor licenses no outside food or alcohol is allowed during your event.
We do not do private tastings, but do host the Hermann Hill Wedding Trail three times a year. This is an open house where you’re able to try out food, sample bar products, meet local vendors, and get to know your staff. We recommend attending at least two of these before your wedding day. This is also a time when we introduce new menu items, venue locations, and decorating concepts.
Our venue holds up to 300 guests.
Dates are reserved on a first come basis. We do not hold any dates unless we have a $2,000 non-refundable deposit and signed contracts. After these are received, we reserve the date for you. We only do one large event a day. Check our Wedding Calendar to stay up to date.
We have a list of preferred vendors that we will make available to you. You are free to choose from this list or hire your own. Our preferred vendors are recommended based on their skill, communication, professionalism and punctuality.
If many of your guests are coming in from out-of-town, don’t fear, Hermann has over 400 rooms available. At Hermann Hill we have two locations for lodging.
